Keith Kleinmaier

Keith has been involved in commercial real estate since the early 1990s, first as an investor, then later as a full-time broker, developer, and even property manager for his small family boutique, Retail Realty. His background in both commercial real estate and technology give the Tenant Tracker team a well-versed perspective on both ends of the commercial real estate tech spectrum.

Mitch Garvin

Mitch brings a wide variety of knowledge in several coding languages but specializes in Ruby on Rails backend development with a focus on SQL analytics. He adds excellent expertise to our development team after spending the last seven years as a Developer and Team Lead for MOBI. Mitch is a computer science graduate from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
